Just a Really Good Beer

It's summer and it's sunny, and it's hot and I generally find I like to have a beer in my hand.  In the spirit of sharing I thought I'd tell you about one of my favorite beers made by a PNW brewing company called Ninkasi.

I'm partial to IPA so the Ninkasi Total Domination IPA is my favorite though if I'm feeling extra hoppy I go for the Tricerahops (genius name, you can't fight that)...It's out of control hoppy so you gotta be into that sort of thing. You can check out all their beers right on over here.

Why am I telling you about this? Well, pretty much because I really love beer, I had a wine phase...I wanted to taste it all but for the past year I'm all about beer tasting, there are just so many! I even just bought a tart lychee beer I'm looking forward to sippin' on. BUT also, I'd love some recommendations, so if you've got any tasty beers you love, let me know and I'll try to share any stellar beers I taste too.

I recommend you stay on the lookout for Ninkasi, especially the IPA...it's a bit citrusy and a touch floral and it's loaded with IPA goodness. I know I had a hard time finding it out in New York but it's definitely all around the Pacific Northwest.

And after this long hike we just finished I'm ready to go sit down with one these IPAs...or take a nap. It's still up in the air.
