And in the Savory Corner...

Cheesy Pull Apart Bread
As mentioned before, the recipe came from here but we used whatever cheese we had on hand

What You Need
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (1 envelope)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup water
2 eggs, at room temperature
12 ounces parmesan, sharp chedder, or whatever hard cheese you got around
1/4 cup butter, melted

The crazy bread started modeling the second I took the camera out, so sassy:

How To
I'm gonna go ahead and say if you looked at the Cinnamon recipe then you get the basic idea here. It's also all typed up over here

Only difference is I used a mixer with a hook attachment for this one (significantly more practical: Work Smarter Not Harder) and you gotta add 8 ounces of the cheese into the dough before you let it rest. Make sure it's mixed in well and honestly, I'd go ahead and add a little more cheese than is recommended. If you're making cheesy bread why not make it really cheesy, yanno?

It's best warm so as it rests, you just go right ahead and pick off a corner to "test" it out

The next day I tried a piece with some pesto. Just my kind of savory breakfast!

And so the pull apart bread saga comes to an end. I think I'd like to try it again with some alterations on the dough. Only time will tell.
