Happy American Chocolate Week! conveniently i’ve been working with a good deal of chocolate in class recently, the candy bars in the bottom right corner are my babies. First we made a layer of peanut butter nougat, then a chewy caramel sprinkled with peanuts and finally they were covered in dark chocolate. sooooo sweet
You know what else was great about chocolate at the CIA - the lip test!!!
